Background check authorization

I authorize Repairable and its vendors to obtain a consumer report about me, which may include criminal records, civil litigation history, professional license verification, sex-offender registry checks, and motor vehicle records.

  • This authorization is provided under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
  • I have the right to request a copy of any report obtained.
  • A report may be obtained at the time of application and periodically thereafter for as long as I remain on the Platform.
